I’m Arya, a builder by temperament. For the last 25+ years I’ve worked across software design, architecture, and leadership, helping teams turn fuzzy ideas into systems that hold up under real-world pressure.
I’m drawn to the intersection of craft and coordination: solid engineering fundamentals, clear technical strategy, and the human side of execution (trust, incentives, communication, and the fine art of not accidentally creating a process labyrinth).
My career has wandered through big platforms and fast-moving product environments, which taught me two consistent truths:
- everything is a tradeoff, even when someone says it isn’t, and
- “simple” is often the hardest thing to earn.
These days I focus on coaching young entrepreneurs and leaders who want to grow into technical executive roles. The work is practical: decision hygiene, navigating ambiguity, building influence without politics poisoning the water supply, running effective teams, and turning strategy into momentum. Sometimes we talk about architecture. Sometimes we talk about boundaries. Often we talk about both, because leadership is just distributed systems with feelings.
